In individual art therapy sessions, we use our creativity to improve mental health and well-being. 

As art therapy does not primarily rely on verbal communication, it can be used effectively with clients who are non-verbal or who have difficulty putting their thoughts into words.  

So, whether you are looking to build new skills or achieve new goals, through a person-centred, strengths-based approach, we utilise a range of modalities and techniques tailored to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

To access art therapy through your NDIS plan, you will need to be funded for Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living.
